Complaints can also be reported via email or an anonymous hotline, if available. All complaints will be investigated promptly and thoroughly, and appropriate corrective action will be taken if warranted. Brask Inc. prohibits retaliation against any employee who files a complaint or participates in an investigation. Retaliation includes any adverse action taken against an individual for reporting discrimination or harassment, such as demotion, suspension, or any form of discrimination or harassment.
